In between big honey flows of specific blossoms bees will gather whatever nectar is available from a variety of wildflowers or trees that may be blooming. Every time we harvest wildflower honey the flavor and color are different but always good and always SWEET! Let the bees surprise you today! Enjoy!
Remember our honey is not micro-filtered or pasteurized, it contains tiny bits of pollen and beeswax, also enzymes. If it begins to harden put in out in the sunshine for a few hours on a hot day, or in a pot of hot water.
